I have no Wi Fi connection today. I had no connection yesterday but it came back on last night. I have been on Twitter etc. And people are going mad condemning Virgin for their bad Customer service. I am being told that my password is incorrect on all my devices, rubbish! . What really gets me though is when I look up my connection status on the Virgin site there is no mention of a problem with Wi Fi. The least they should recognised the problem so customers don’t fiddle about with their devices thinking there is something wrong at their end.
