Hi
Thanks to Virgin media who read my previous post and sent me my second free pod wifi has improved in the main dead spot
We still have another dead spot and am asking how we can get the third free pod we are allowed under our present contract
Any advice how to get this last pod would be appreciated

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
