Wi-Fi calling not working on iPhone 7

I have never managed to get wi-fi calling to work. 

I have an iPhone 7 and I'm on Ecotalk (EE).

I have tried the following which haven't worked:

- resetting network settings on my phone 

- removing and re-inserting the SIM

- turning wi-fi calling on and off

- disabling all the security settings on my Hub 3.0 apart from the firewall

Is there anything I'm missing?

It turns out Ecotalk do not currently support wi-fi calling, so that is why it isn't working 😞
