I was promised these 2 weeks ago and still received nothing.  I contacted Virgin again last week who confirmed they were now ordered and I would receive confirmation email within 72 hours and another week has passed and still nothing received

I'm sorry to hear you've not received your Wi-Fi Pod. Due to the current holiday season, our courier partners are currently experiencing high demand, and some orders are being delayed. Are you able to see the order when checking here?
