Wi-Fi Pods / Hub 4

Tuning in

Hi guys,

I got told when ordering the Gig1 Broadband that I should download the VM Connect App on the App Store and scan for wifi black spots, if there is any I’d be entitled to some wifi pods for free as part of my package.

I’ve gone to use the VM Connect App today to scan for wifi black spots as I’ve noticed a couple in my home, however unable to use / add my Hub 4 to the app as only Hub 3 is supported.

I’m confused how I can get the WiFi Pods for my Hub 4 for free (as stated over the phone) if I can’t use the App to claim them/order?

Anyway going about this?

In the places I don’t have black spots the speed is top notch!

Many thanks,

James

Just call customer services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Hi there, just an update for the thread.

This has now been resolved, @james_lusty hope the pod received works well for you. As stated in your original post the connect app will not work with the hub 4 but if you do need any further troubleshooting support you can find this here.

Regards

Nathan
