I'm having issues with my smart TV in the conservatory not connecting to Wi-Fi. would a Pod help if so, how can I obtain one please.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear your smart TV in the conservatory isn't receiving WIFI, our I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and can advise our WIFI Max Pods are not included within your package and would be chargeable, there are some great hints tips and general WIFI support here including our Connect App, this allows you to diagnose and fix most WIFI issues.

Hi Kevin,
WiFi Max would be £8 per month.
If you head to our Connect App here Run a home scan, and it will advise if a pod is needed.
