Wi-Fi Pod Stopped Working

My only Wi-Fi Pod has been fine for months but has just stopped working and just continues to blink.  Virgin Media Connect app no longer finds it.  I've tried disconnecting and reinstalling without success. I need a replacement but there is no indication on how to do this on the Virgin site or the Media Connect App  

I also need a second Pod having scanned another room and only got 7Mbs!  Despite all the publicity the Connect App does NOT lead me to the option to order a Pod from within the App.  I have reinstalled the App just in case there was an issue, but still the same.

Thanks for your post, and welcome back to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're facing problems with your Wi-Fi Pod. In regard to the blinking light you're seeing, is this a specific colour? Would you say the blinking is slow or fast?

For the speed test you mentioned, are you running this on the Connect App directly, or through another service?
