I have found it impossible to install Virgin Connect, needed as I have a weak spot in one room and would like to have ordered a pod for this, which I can be done on the app as I have Volt, and is really needed! I have tried every way I can, it stops every time at rebooting. I have hub 3, so should be fine, any ideas? Thanks

The last I heard was that pods can only be ordered by a telephone call to customer services, on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline
