Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community.

 

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues connecting to Hot Spots. Have you used this in the past without issues or is this your first time using the app?

 

What error message are you getting please?

 

Could you please check the devices WiFi is turned on?

Could you please also check your Virgin Media WiFi Hotspots account status?

I have wifi on and account is set up, it says server not responding

Hi @Mandag, thanks for your reply and apologies for this.

Can you please confirm the make and model of your handset, as we are aware of issues surround Android 11 and the hotspot setup at the moment.

Have you been able to successfully connect to hotspots in the past or is this your first attempt?

Guess VM didn't think to do hotspot by hubs they would need to update the app on new Android phone...might as well not do hotspots if thats the case.
