Hi There,

My Hub 3 has a White/yellow stable light (not flashing).

But my wifi is not working. I reset and then it worked for a short while and then did not work again, please help ?

I tightened loose cables and reset the hub too.

Only other suggestion is to do a pinhole reset and hold down for 45 seconds.  It might be worth check the service checker you may be having intermitted issue which can effect your wifi the usually last for around 24 hrs here is a link for the service checker https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status

Stable white/yellow Hub3 light is indicative of a stable connection. So can we check… are the issues only evident on wifi connections or do you see them at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables? If you don't know, can you check to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi issue or it could be network connection/Hub related?

What are the various Hub lights showing/doing when this happens if a Hub3 is the base light steady or flashing green?
