What is going on with my Gig1 broadband?

Hello, 

I seem to be getting awful stops while playing my games with my internet being all over the place making games that are online super hard to play. 

I have no idea what is causing it, I will post my TB below. Any help on what could be causing this would be super helpful as this has been happening for a little while. 

Using Ethernet cables on Gig1 Broadband.
