Our broadband has been struggling lately. I wonder what they did at 5.00 this morning?

I think what they did is fixed most of the fault. Whilst there's a huge improvement, there's still a whisp of packet loss between 8am and 10am, and any level of packet loss can have a serious impact on the connection performance.
Hopefully they'll attend to that, but keep an eye on it.

Thanks. I've been back through previous days and it seems to have started dropping packets about 4.00 on Saturday morning. It's running clear now, so perhaps it's fixed? It must be something in Virgin's network, I certainly don't fiddle about with things in the middle of the night.
I will keep an eye on things and raise it with Virgin if it starts again.
