What does this mean?

The service to my place fell out again this evening...it’s back up now but slow...when I ran the system test the result was this...

Not sure what this means or what to do about it...any advice would be appreciated...

I’ve checked the cables and connections inside the house...they seem fine.

It means there is a known fault on the VM network and they are working to fix it - you can do nothing until it is.

Also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level and give you more up-to-date info on estimated fix dates

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
