I signed up 3 weeks ago and had my broadband installed on 9/10/2019 and l haven't received a starter pack or welcome email and I'm unable to access my account.

If you still haven't received anything in regards to a contract or bill, you may need to check that your contact details on the account are correct.

Emily.l have still not received a welcome email yet.l was told at noon on 19/10/2019 it would arrive within 24 hours
l have checked my contract and the agent whom set it up has put the first 4 letters in capitals...if that make's a difference?
