Hi there, 

I was wondering if I can get any advice as on my pc whenever I search a website it most likely get blocked by Virgin Media itself. The issue with this is that I have never used virgin and I have never even had an account, I have just made one literally just there. So I don’t know how to fix this as I have not got it installed or anything and it hasn’t ever done this until now, I haven’t ever used the services so I am confused.

Hi there again,

To add to the previous post now I am unable to even search the Virgin Media website itself so I’ve had to do this through my phone on both posts.

Really confused on why this is happening.

Who is your IP provider? What are your DNS servers? Is it just one website? If so what is it?
