Websafe losing settings

I've been using websafe for a long time and never had any issues.  Over the last week or so it repeatably loses its settings.

When child safe is enabled, the individual settings (Cheating/Homework/...) become unselected and any custom blocked or whitelisted websites are lost.  Adding a blocked website name results in the error below the first time.  Always works the second.

"Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again"

Around the same time the url to websafe changed.

Try....
1. Go to websafe and enable Virus Safe and Child Safe.

2. Within Child safe, select the Categories you want enabled and hit save.

3. select "website" and enter a site to block followed by Add and Save Changes. You will get the error...

Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again

4. Readd the domain to block, add and save again. This time:
"Settings updated!"

5. navigate to web safe again. non of the categories are selected.

Setting the timer seems to remove any blocked or whitelisted sites.
