Webpage not loading through wifi but have access using mobile data

I recently had a site listed for sale at sedo but have since removed it and loaded a wordpress CMS on it. 

Everyone else can access it externally and myself via mobile data but when I'm home and connected to Virgin Wifi I'm unable to access the site without it showing the previous sedo page. 

I have done everything, Cache deleted, reset router etc but now I'm stuck and ionos don't know at else they can do. 

Any advice.

I have a website that loads on my phone data and using a vpn but at home i cant access it - I faced with a parking page. 

i have been told to clear the router cache but im on day 2 and nothing is working to access this site.

Hi spelton04, thanks for posting.

Sorry to hear you've had problems connecting to your website via your home connection. Just to confirm, when you tried the reset of the hub - did you press & hold the pin-hole button for 60 seconds, while it as switched on? 

If that hasn't helped then I'd like to take a closer look into it, so please get back to me via PM and we'll take it from there.
