Web Safe Problems

I have just joined Virgin Media and I am trying to access some websites but get a message saying child safe settings have blocked these sites.

I have web safe switched off but still certain sites wont load. When I try to mess with the settings on My Virgin Media I get a message saying “Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again”

Can anyone help?
