Waiting for new hub

After lots of call to faults re broadband signal dropping out. Last Saturday 22nd September it was agreed to send a new router. A week has gone by and no new router and the same serious issues all week with wi fi. Should I be patient and keep waiting or get back on the phone to faults. What is your experience?
