I rung in the evening to technical support and was told my upgrade was around 15:30 on 21st January 2021. I was told it would happen in the next 24 hours but I am sure it should be 30 minutes.
Had the policy been changed?
I’ve rebooted the Hub a few times.

Do you have a Hub4?

Is it a VOLT upgrade? If so they take 14 days on the VM side to update your configuration.
And as Gary has pointed out, you will need a Hub 4 to get 1GB speeds, so that adds another layer of work to be done.
