Hi, internet connection has been really poor for the last week but for the last 2 days I’ve had no connection to internet or tv, I’ve rang customer service I don’t know how many times and just get it’s being dealt with! I’m at breaking point with Virgin and getting nowhere, any one else experiencing this??
