I’ve got a WIFI range of between 5-8 meters from the router. I’ve also been trying to speak to someone from Virgin on the 150 number now for 2 weeks. I’ve posted complaints and sent add and my number to 80011 and still nothing. Anyone got any ideas.
the reason i ask is that poor positioning of the hub can greatly affect WIFI coverage. hubs really need to be out in open, not surrounded by other things (shelfs, cabinets etc), and ideally not in a corner.
wall thickness and types of walls also greatly reduce wifi coverage.
