WIFI pods ordered

Hi I have not long been with VM long but the CS is shocking, I have been told on numerous occasions that as I am on the 1G volt package I am entitled to 3 pods which I need as I have multiple blackspots. 

I have since received two of the 3, which took 4 attempts of speaking with CS agents who said they had ordered but nothing arrived.

I have now ordered the 3rd twice and on both occasions they have still not showed up.

I had one guy saying he could not help me due to outstanding money on the account, to which I had to tell him I don't know how as I have not had a bill yet.

So does anyone know how i can get someone to understand my request for a 3rd Wi-Fi pod without me having to spend an age on the phone for someone who is not understanding my request.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
