WIFI not working HELP

Same here, been down since Tuesday about 10am, website says no problems. So does the 0800 number.

redflashing light the whole time. Restarting doesn’t help

Any updates, the website seems to be saying all the problems are fixed!

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

I am sorry to hear of the broadband issues. There was an issue last week but that has been resolved now.

I have attempted to do a system check but our system cannot connect with your router. Is the router turned off?

Sorry, I’ve been away but with someone house sitting. I am back now, have restarted the router and still red flashing. It was on and flashing all the time I was away
