Hi Raf54,

Thanks for posting to us here on the Community.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing slow speeds in your home.

We just wanted to check in and see if you have been able to order the equipment?

If not please do let us know and we will be happy to assist further.

Thanks,

Nat

Contacted Virginmedia,

Carried out speed test.

Anna of Virginmedia would put forward an order for one WIFI Pod

I have 1GB volt package Pods are free.

If one pod is not enough contact Virginmedia and reorder another pod.

Hey Raf54, thank you for letting us know this.

Please let us know how you get one with the pod, if you do need another one ordering we can look at this for you.

However it does need to be a minimum of 5 working days before we order you another one. Thanks
