Hi,
I'm registered for both VirginMedia and an O2 monthly contract and I received an email from O2 stating my Volt benefits were active, this email was received on the 7th Jan 2022 (I signed up on 27th Dec 2021) It has been over a week since that email and I'm yet to hear anything from the VirginMedia side.
I've seen some conflicting information about when I could expect my VirginMedia benefits to apply, with some saying it takes 14 days from when I became eligible or other people saying it takes up to 14 days from when O2 completed their side of the offer.
I've looked around for how to contact a live chat or something but have had no luck finding anything useful so far so any help would be really appreciated.
