Hi
I am using the Virgin Media Connect app to identify black spots around the house and have identified one in the bedroom (causing major issues with streaming and having to use mobile data in there). Getting through to VM via the phone can be a nightmare so I’m hoping I can order a WiFi pod through customer support on here?

Hi Jamie,
You should call the direct number 0800 064 3850 to order a pod (they will only send out one at a time, and there must be an interval of at least one week before a second order will be accepted)
You can also call 150 from a VM landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am when lines first open to avoid call queues.
A member of the Forum team may also pick this up for you in a day or two.
