Voice and Video calls freeze all of the time with my 3 Hub - Re Occurring Problem

Hi All 

Is anyone in the WN4 Areas of Wigan having the same problem!!!  MS Teams Voice and Video calls freeze all of the time with my 3 Hub - Re Occurring Problem 

Issue was a network switch issues on the VM side, seems to be happening again  since end of May 

Any ideas

What happens if you run a Teams meeting on a computer/laptop connected to the Hub directly by an ethernet cable - is that stable?

Also...check for known issues

Try the “check service,”Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum)

Then also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to postcode level.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
