Virmin connect app

ive tried the virmin connect app to login into my hub3 to do a few tests

 

however it scans the sticker on the bottom of the hub but then cant find it?

 

my hub is in slowdem (modem) mode does that make the difference?

Hi

I have the same problem with the Connect app not 'finding' our new Hub3. How do I resolve this issue? It says 'Sorry we can't find your Hub' but it 'found' it initially so that I could change the password and rename the WiFi...

Can you try connecting with the hub out of modem mode please?

Have you tried rebooting the hub since? 

Let us know if it's still an issue.

the login?
the user/pass remains the same regardless.

do you actually mean the IP address?
router mode : 192.168.0.1
modem mode : 192.168.100.1

still struggline why you chose you call it "virmin" though.
