Has anyone had any issues with the network connection between Virgin broadband hub 3.0 and SkyQ?
On a daily basis SkyQ drops the network connection. Originally we connected with Wi-Fi, now Ethernet cable and still the same issue, resolved by a reboot of the sky box.
Sky have replaced their box so I don't think the issue is their end.
Are there known compatability problems?
Notably the Wi-Fi does not drop on other devices

Have you checked the service status page to see if there are any issues, what results are you getting on the speed test at speedtest.net
