Hi, Virgin texted me saying they solved the problems in my area.
And told me to restart my modem and wait 30 minutes, which I did, but I still dont have internet!
Got hub 3.0, all lights are green with 2 little arrows blinking.
I tried to reset it as well, and wait another 30 minutes and still no service.
Tried to run the service test and says my hub 3.0 might be turned off (which is obviously not)
What else can I try, or find out whats going on?
