I have been trying to contact Virgin Media by calling them and by texting them!!!
They aren't replying or picking up my calls
I was on hold for 30 minutes and nothing
The chat bot didn't even reply to me.
Will Virgin Media ever reply? I suspect they are not contacting me because I am thinking of leaving them

Don't think that they are picking on you - this is the normal customer "support".
If you have a technical problem, post some details here and you will get help. If you do just want to leave, the most reliable method is to write to the address in your contract and send it by recorded delivery.
