Virgin media no network issue

From Tuesday night onwards the wifi is showing no internet connection. I can connect my mobile to wifi but no network signals showing. There are 2.4G green light and 5 G green light. When I connect my mobile to wifi the 5G green light start blinking.

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150, there may be a local area fault which are not reported on the VM status pages.
