I signed a contract with Virgin Media and been waiting for almost a month to receive my package with hub (which I still do not have). I tried to contact customer service the results are below:
- saying it's weird, and transferring to other agents' countless times,
- saying it's weird and hanging up a call,
- asking me to sign a new contract and ignore the current one (of course it will be my problem if Virgin Media double charges me),
- saying "I will contact you soon" and never call back,
- and my favourite - "the new broadband hub is ordered and will be delivered in 24hours" - it didn't arrive, no confirmation email, message or anything.
Obviously, nobody solved the issue, and I am still without a broadband. Did anyone have a similar problem and can help? I do not want to waste another 10 hours, talking with Virgin Media customer service.
