Virgin media connect app

Hi, I’m trying to use the Virgin Media Connect App but it’s saying it can not find my hub. I’m currently connected to it on all devices and it seems to be working fine. I’ve tried rebooting the hub and uninstalling the app and reinstalling but to no avail. I’m using an iPhone 12. Any suggestions appreciated. Many thanks. Josh.

Can I ask regarding this, what Hub do you have installed?

Also are any error messages appearing also?

Hardware Ver: 10

Software Ver: 9.1.2109.200
