Hi, I have phone, tv and broadband with virgin media. Before I could use all the apps no problem. One I used especially was the Vergil media connect one so I can view who is using my broadband unknowing to me so I could remove them etc, just general thinks like that was useful. Since having a hub problem I’ve had this replaced and I can’t seem to get it to reinstall again. It does the usual loading process then comes up with “oops. Our bad. Sorry we couldn’t do this for you. Tap try to reconnect to your hub. I’ve tried serveral times and it doesn’t work

Try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Or just delete the app first. Then that’s it. Done.
