Virgin media app doesn't work

The pausing of WiFi generally doesn't work, sits and hangs.

 

Anybody know why the app quality is so poor ?

Sorry to see you are having issues with our Connect App. 

Have you tried uninstalling the app and re installing it again?

Have you tried logging in using a different device?

Can you try signing into your hub setting, you can 'pause' devices under 'MAC address filtering'.
