Hello,
My virgin WiFi Hub 3.0 is constantly showing orange light. It used to intermittently change between white and orange but now it stays orange all the time.
I called Virgin Media and tried everything it asked me to do, that is, turned it on and off at the wall; checked all cables, switches etc for loose connections; pressed reset button for 30 seconds.
These measures have not fixed the problem. I simply cannot trust the indicator light and given that each colour means something ('red' meaning the router is overheating) I worry that something might go seriously wrong.
