Virgin hub 3.0 disconnected

Hi

I can connect to the internet when using the cable but the Wi-Fi is not connecting. My phone or fire stick can see the network and the signal is good but it won't actually connect. Do I need a new router? I have rebooted it several times everything looks normal.
