Virgin connect app

Managed to get connected to the app and now it's gone down again and my sons computer was paused and now can't unpause it why is this app so bad why can't virgin keep it working I'm so angry !

Sorry to see you were having this issue with your App, can you confirm if this is still affecting you or if this has resolved, would you also be able to confirm what the app shows when this happens?

It seems to be back on and running now but the problem is is uve paused stuff there is no way to unpause when the app goes down the app just says cannot connect or find hub

You can pause and unpause devices using the Hubs admin console. You don’t have to use the app.
