Virgin connect app

hi I have had a replacement hub 3 installed due to poor WiFi signal in my house but I am now unable to use the connect app. All it does is keep asking for the password for the old hub. I called virgin technical and they told me I can do it on the hub settings page 192. etc but I cannot see how. Thanks

Sorry to hear you're having problems using the connect app since you've had your replacement hub,

 

Can you please remove and re-install the connect app and let me know if it's picking up the new hub now?
