Hi,
I am new to the virgin media. Purchased virgin broadband and O2 sim bundle pack. I was told during purchase that with O2 I will get all extras which O2 offer at additional cost will be free till 18 months. I got Sim card from O2 and broadband is still on its way.
When I checked with O2 about the extras they are saying it's not included in the package and virgin customer care people don't want to answer me as they can't see what I am being offered. God knows how/what they are going to give me as broadband.
My question is did anyone experience this? Why I am not get the promised things?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
I am sorry for the confusion. The benefits would be applied when your install with us has happened, as you need to be an active customer of both to be eligible. As long as both O2 and Virgin Media accounts are in the same name and address, there'll be no issues 🙂
