I'd like to set up Virgin broadband for my company - the office is on the bottom floor of a mainly residential building. Whilst we have access through the street entrance, our official entrance and address are registered as the lane at the back of the building and so we have a different postcode to the rest of the building. Virgin Media supply the street side postcode, and therefore the rest of the building, however, they do not service our official postcode which is the lane.
I was just wondering if anyone has any experience of this/if it's likely that something could be done about this ?
