I was finding the Virgin Media wifi hotspots hard to connect to again, so once again deleted the relevant networks from my phone then selected "Set up auto-connect" in the app. I continually get U113 errors. I have tried from two locations separated by about 30 miles and had good mobile data coverage in each. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
My phone is a OnePlus 3T running Android 8.0.0 with a Virgin Mobile SIM. I am a quad play customer (mobile, land line, broadband, TV).
How can I get the Virgin Media hotspots reinstalled?
