Virgin Media Connect app showing error page after login

It's been  two weeks since i have got virgin broadband at my home. I am trying to use Virgin Media Connect. However, It is displaying following error on my iphonex after login. I have already spoke to customer care TWICE and reported this issue a week ago. they said, there is a ticket created for this issue and i will get a call from Virgin on the issue update. However, still i have not received any call yet.

I am sure, there is no network/internet issue on iphone.

 

Error message:-

Have you tried to speak to our team in regards to this recently?

 

When we raise tickets, we call customers to confirm that the issue has been resolved and that the ticket has been closed. If you have not received a call, I'd suspect it's still being worked on.

 

You're welcome to call back to see if there's an update or a time frame that can be offered to you.
