Virgin Media Connect app showing error page after login

It's been two weeks since i have got virgin broadband at my home. I am trying to use Virgin Media Connect. However, It is displaying following error on my iphonex after login. I have already spoke to customer care TWICE and reported this issue a week ago. they said, there is a ticket created for this issue and i will get a call from Virgin on the issue update. However, still i have not received any call yet.
I am sure, there is no network/internet issue on iphone.
