Virgin Media Connect App not connecting to Hub

I've got a new phone and can't connect my virgin media app on phone to hub.  Added in the password from the back of the hub as shown in the guidance and it just keeps showing my a triangle and says it can't connect.

Sorry to see you're facing issues with our Apps.

Have you tried to remove the Connect app and re-download it?

Would you mind expanding on the issue, please? What device are you trying to use the app on? At what point do you face an issue, and what's the exact error message that appears?
