Virgin Media Broadband not working - US Partial Services

Since getting Virgin Media, have been receiving a lot of line drops especially around 3am and the afternoon at random times. I have the Wi-Fi 6 hub 5 and it flashes yellow, then goes to flashing blue randomly. It takes a good 15 minutes after rebooting to get a connection. Should be stable 24/7 like Sky. What can I do as I'm getting quite sick of it especially since I work home?
