Virgin Hub Errors

I have been having loads of issues with Virgin since it was installed. My main PC is connected directly to the hub and works fine, but everything connected to wifi, despite connecting correctly to the hub and showing good signal, has intermittent internet access.

I cannot log into my hub, despite trying the numeric password on the bottom and pin-resetting incase the engineer decided for some unknown reason to change it.

All I can see in the logs are errors that repeat daily.

Re: Virgin Hub Errors

if the wired connection is working then the problem is wifi and VM can not really do anything about wifi.

As the hub is a cheap router you could get your own router and run in modem mode.

Also take a look at https://help.virginmedia.com/system/templates/selfservice/vm/help/customer/locale/en-GB/portal/20030...
