You emailed me a couple of weeks ago with a link to nothing. Ive only just read the email about opting out to you changing my Hubs settings. So I Didnt get a chance to opt out as im too late. Youve messed with my network settings and now none of my devices (amazon echo/firesticks/ light bulbs / smart plugs/ ) will work. How can i get it back to the original configuration i had to set to before you guys meddled without my permission?
Or how can i get all of my devices to work with what ever youve done to my HUB?

VM network your own network would be your own router with hub in modem mode

so what shall i change the settings of the router? i havent dabbled that deep into yet to look at what you can do, can do that later when i get home?
