Virgin Connect wont find my WIFI

I want to change my passwords but the Virgin connect app cant find my wifi. What can I do please?

Hi @emma1974hayes thanks for your post here in the Community although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns.

Can you please try to ensure you're loading the app when connected to your home Wi-Fi. It won't connect if you're using mobile data or a different Wi-Fi network. It this still doesn't work, do a hardware reset on your Hub ensuring you hold the reset button for 45 seconds.

Alternatively, you can also change your password for your wifi on the Hub's settings page which is found by typing 192.168.0.1 in your web browser, and logging in with your Hub settings password (this is found with the sticker on your Hub).
